We also have a tutorial for a slightly different version of this technique on our website: HERE

Stamp Sketch

Did you know that when you purchase a stamp from the Joe Nathan Light House collection at After Midnight, $1.00 from the purchase will be donated to the American Cancer Society?
Joe's beautiful wife, Suma, won her battle with cancer, and this is our way of honoring her.

This technique is one of my favorites to use with the light house stamps.

Steam Punk

Tired of the same old vintage themes? Is Grunge not quite your style? Take your Altered Artwork in a new direction.

Steampunk: think of Victorian era England, then imagine elements of both science fiction and science fact with a little outright fantasy thrown in. It should look like it would be at home on a movie set for a Jules Verne novel.

Consider the possibilities of real technological developments like computers or cellphones occurring at an earlier date or in an "alternative history".

Steampunk artwork and assemblages are meant to give at least the illusion of functionality.
