I think I might love it there too - I love hummingbirds!
I'm pretty sure this is one of a pair nesting in the front yard. I haven't been able to spot the nest- but the are a very loving couple. :)
We will have to go to Patagonia while you are here. There are hummingbird gardens and quite a few varieties in the area.

The enclosed backyard at the Ranch does have a very Asian feel to it.
It always feels like a meditation spot to me. Very safe and protected.
